Mail receipt, custody and forwarding

Documents, as well as other mail delivered to the address of your company at OFFICE HOUSE s.r.o. will be received problem-free, and handled according to your instructions. We offer you the flexibility to decide how you want your mail handled. You may want it left in our premises for a later pickup or forwarded to a previously agreed address at intervals which you determine. We can inform you of your mail arrivals either by telephone, SMS or e-mail. Mail receipt and custody at OFFICE HOUSE s.r.o. guarantees that no important incoming mail will be misplaced or lost due to non-delivery.

Mail receipt, custody and forwarding services are available in all our business centres.

In Prague, there is a possibillity to arrange the handover of delivered mail in another business centre.
