According to current legal requirements, each Slovak/Czech company or branch of a foreign company registered in Slovakia/Czech Republic must have a registered office which, according to valid legal requirements, must fulfil certain conditions:

registered office of a company must be situated in Slovakia/Czech Republic and must be properly indicated by its company name and identification number,
all incoming mail must be duly received,
representatives of state authorities or public must have the possibility to get in touch with the representatives of the company at the address where the registered office is situated.
